Each leader develops its own style and expresses it through specific personality traits and general cultural tone. The genetic impact on leadership may be due to genetic character, but environmental factors such as education also play an important role.
There are a wide range of styles and theories to explain the practices and concepts of leadership. Most of these styles consider leadership in terms of one or more common leadership.
