Introduction explains the path target theory and explains the application of the model with a focus on ongoing education of medical professionals. Communication skills - Communication skills are important for effective leadership. The director with the qualities as a leader is very clear, effective and influential and knows the importance to success. They continue to improve their communication skills and learn new ways to stay effective in changing organizational environments. Openness - Line managers with qualities of effective leadership openly hear employee ideas, suggestions and opinions. If they think this is good for the organization, they think they are willing to adopt new ways of doing things. They are focused on creating mutually respecting and trustworthy environments that organizations prepare to tackle new challenges.

Clearly, effective leadership can affect the performance of the organization. However, the determinants of the success of leadership are not so clear. It is clear that whether organization leadership succeeds depends on a combination of characteristics, skills, attitudes, environments, and the state of the organization (Sarros & Woodman 1993). The five main attributes or abilities necessary to demonstrate effective leadership within an organization are (1) vision and creativity, (2) achievement of goal setting / goal, (3) self-confidence decision making, ( 4) team making, (5) coaching. These five attributes are not exhaustive when discussing the qualities of leadership. However, combining these five skills with organizational goals often results in successful organizational outcomes and effective leadership.
