This paper examines three human behavior problems developed from social science in the context of management organization. A case study for analyzing these conditions and theories includes Portman Hotel Inc. - San Francisco. Three problems will be solved in the following order: basic attribution error, expectation theory, and operating condition theory. First, to provide a brief description of each theory, then allowed to associate the analysis theory to the case study, finally, it gives recommendations to correct or reduce the management problems that Portman was encountered.
