CrysTel Change Program Leadership Theory Summary To make the CrysTel program successful you need to turn the new frontier of understanding organizational changes into turning a successful implementation into a real organizational interest. This can be realized by "cross-level collaboration", collaboration between departments or business units, and systematic analysis of the organization as a whole. In this article, I will introduce the three most effective leadership theories considered CrysTel's transformation initiative.

The most outstanding among the various leadership and motivation theories related to effective organization change management is the "transformation - trading" leadership theory. According to theory there are two elements to distinguish between "ordinary" leaders and "abnormal" leaders. It is the leadership of transactions and transformations. Transaction leadership is based on the traditional exchange relationship that a transformational (special) leader improves the position of the follower for a particular outcome while being exchanged for the attitude of the follower, the expected reward.
