A new practical teaching theory has emerged that systemizes the power and structure. I end one of the greatest misunderstandings in organizational science. The organization can be described by a single structure that has been described as an organizational chart from the glorious day of the railroad company in the mid-nineteenth century. Most practitioners now understand that organization charts and connected boxes can not even remotely describe the complexity and reality of an organization, but from the original metaphor of the organization such as top-down to theoretical and organizational development I do not develop much. Pyramid, line structure, islands, and independent functions. Just a few years ago, John P. Kotter began to promote a somewhat higher organizational concept. "Dual operating system", two intertwined structures that can explain the organization life together.
