JLB Enterprises: Participatory leadership management of participatory leadership is a very promising and viable solution to the problems JLB Enterprises faces. In this article, we will use a participatory leadership theory, in particular a combination of counseling and servant leadership style, to show solutions to poorly performing workforce and low job satisfaction issues. By effectively implementing the following measures, JLB companies will stop the declining trend, recover to previous performance, and even promote growth.
This article focuses on the transformational leadership of small and medium enterprises and the performance of the organization. Researchers include the business managers of developing countries in the Caribbean and owners of Trinidad. MLQ (multifactor leadership questionnaire) form 5X was used to evaluate the study population. Organizational performance tools were also adopted. The relevant data is used to determine the relationship between performance and leadership style. There was no significant relationship between each MLQ subscale and the performance of the organization. We will present the significance of this research and suggestions for future research. The connection between leadership, management team and performance is widely understood and accepted. By improving leadership, you can improve the chances of management and business performance. When the company slips, the board often changes leaders. This confirms the importance of leadership. This is especially true for MBA programs. The MBA program is proud of its ability to teach leadership. Leadership skills are a major place for many MBA students to obtain a list of MBAs. For them, the higher the leadership skill, the more likely it is to make an executive suite. They are right! Since I am engrossed in the leadership of the MBA program, I am planning to positively search for evidence of leadership in order to select applicants.
