Body health, exercise, nutrition is not the only thing. It is a complete integration of physical, mental and spiritual health. The models used on our campus include social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, professional, intellectual and physical health. Each of these seven aspects act and interact in ways that contribute to our own quality of life.
Social health is the ability to connect and connect with people all over the world. Our ability to build and maintain an active relationship with family, friends, colleagues contributes to our social health
Emotional health is the ability to understand and cope with life challenges. Recognizing the power of anger, fear, sorrow, or stress, sharing, hope, love, happiness and happiness contribute to our emotional health in a productive way
Mental health is the ability to build peace and harmony in our lives. The ability to build consistency between values and actions and achieve common goals connecting creativity helps our mental health
Environmental health is to recognize our responsibility for the quality of surrounding air, water and land. The ability to have a positive influence on the quality of the environment in our home, community, our planet contributes to the health of our environment.
Occupational health is the ability to maintain the balance of our lives while attaining personal satisfaction from our work and the vocational field we have chosen. We hope to contribute to our career, have a positive impact on our society and society as a whole, thereby achieving industrial hygiene.
Mental health allows you to think about new ideas and experiences that can be applied to individual decision making, team interaction, and community improvement. The desire to learn new concepts, improve skills and pursue lifelong learning tasks will contribute to our intellectual health.
Physical health is the ability to maintain a healthy quality of life, enabling you to complete daily activities without excessive fatigue or physical stress.
