When setting goals, I concentrate on breaking them into chunks of size. My idea is that if you can set goals that match your goals this year, you can easily achieve your goals. In this way I have developed a course for my goals. First of all, I have a big goal for a year. Next, I will set monthly goals with a focus on this year's goal. Third, on Monday and Monday every week, I will either achieve a specific goal or set the goals for this month. Our idea is to turn big targets into small targets so that I can make progress and get motivation. When we learn that we are doing something we will prosper so we will do this. Tying a small goal for a few months makes it easier to maintain the normal state and achieve the goal. We need to draw a course on every quarter, monthly, weekly, weekly course. Otherwise, we will lose power and concentrate

So far, I have set several goals. My goal of this month, the goal of this semester, my goal of this year. I know this works for many people, but maybe it will not work for me. Taking my goal / resolution as an example, I wrote an article after the New Year setting my goal that I write 30 minutes a day. When I started this resolution, it was very easy to write 30 minutes a day. I gained inspiration from various new experiences and newcomers. I made two or three stories in a few days.

The remainder of the week has two major goals. My first major goal this week was to run the routine I created. All this concerns the creation of new motor tasks and integration projects. My second goal has exceeded my last recorded time by playing an interesting match on Sunday. Early in the week, everything went well. The plan is progressing smoothly. I made a lot of progress so I thought I made it myself! In the middle of the week, I began to have these uplifts. These uplifts keep my performance at a lower level, which reduces energy production and workload. I keep pushing, knowing that these bumps are temporary. When I finish this work, I know that I am ready for a better day to day work next week. But I am wrong. It gave me a little progress. I am very disappointed. I think that the routine I made was to make me produce more things, but I actually made it less than I thought. I take a break and I understand that this is inefficient for me.
