One of my goals in the field of self-function is to increase active self-esteem. There are many ways to do this, but the main way is to plan tasks suitable for development. If children are challenged, they may lose confidence in themselves. Another way to achieve this goal is to give examples to children. I always show a positive attitude including cheating and fraud. The last way I insist on positive self esteem is to carefully plan activities that will help children understand their self esteem. I will find books and various resources to help with this.

One of my goals in the field of social function is to promote the social development of each child. To achieve this goal, I plan activities that children have to communicate with each other. I want to make sure that the children interact with all the children, so each time you plan an event, the children will have different children. The children also participate in the whole class and other interesting activities. Children must work together. Another way to achieve this goal is to give examples to children. I will definitely interact with my parents and communicate with everyone involved in the program.

One of the goals of my mentoring functional area is to provide as much aid as possible to the children. To achieve this goal, I will provide lots of support to all children, parents and staff. I personally cooperate with pre-school class children and feel the feelings and emotions of others.
