Profilling Ethical Leadership

Leaders are seen as "people who frequently conduct ethical programs to influence the climate of the organization" (Yukl, 2010). For any organization, leadership plays an important role in giving others the power to defend their abilities. Thus, moral leadership can be defined as a process that affects people through rules, principles, beliefs, and values. I am aware that all leaders tend to have a high level of ethics in their business practices. Ethical leadership helps leaders legally guide their employees.

First, I will review related social science literature on ethics and leadership. We identify similarities and differences between ethical leadership and other leadership structures related to the moral aspects of leadership. We explored the precedents and results of ethical leadership and presented a series of suggestions to test these relationships. Moral leadership has always been a concern of the generation, but moral leadership based on rigorous theory social science research is relatively new. Despite its innovation, ethical leadership is a topic with great potential for academic researchers. The inconspicuous failure of moral leaders has keen interest in this issue. The organization wants to know how to select, nurture and maintain ethical leaders. Business school wants to know how to best educate students to become moral leaders
Distance has many potential implications for moral leadership. First, executive leaders may manipulate the impression of ethical leadership over their bosses. For example, Enron Kenneth Lay and Andrew Fastow senior executives, Worldcom's Bernie Ebbers, Tyco's Denis Kozlowski, Adelphia's John Rigas, raised the reputation as citizen and charity. However, these same individuals participated in a famous enterprise scandal that was convicted. Initially, many employees in the organization were shocked by these revelations. We need to investigate the extent of impact of administrative ethics leaders on impression management
In the past, the term "real leadership" was used to define moral leadership. This study uses real leadership as an attempt to discover more about moral leadership. Researchers believe that true leadership emphasizes self-awareness, transparency of human relations, internalized ethics, balance management (Gardner et al., 2005; Walumbwa et al., 2008 ). Authenticity is an important aspect of moral leadership, and the definition above creates a good set of behaviors, but it does not only define all aspects of moral leadership. Others think that the process of influence used by leaders is driven by the underlying moral values (Groves et al., 2011). Therefore, another way to confirm the moral intent is to examine the influence process that the leader is using. Because the leader's impact process is closely related to her leadership style, it is appropriate to consider the process of influencing several leadership styles and compatibility.
