A moral dilemma is defined as a complicated situation often associated with obvious psychological conflict during moral demands, where it follows a moral order that leads to infringement of others. When individuals face ethical problems, we tend to look for "right answers" when answering. However, this type of question does not necessarily have direct answers. Possible controversies caused by an ethical dilemma are usually tested in two ways. Whether people's judgment is consistent, and whether so-called facts that are the basis of these judgments are correct or not.
The ethical decision model I use to solve the moral dilemma is an ethical problem solution model. The first step in the model is to identify problems or dilemmas. The dilemma is that at school I taught before, students are not receiving appropriate education. I was appointed a school teacher, and I learned that the students did not get their rights. I am afraid of losing my job, so I can not help them. I can not oppose the organization I am working with. This is a dilemma.
