Ethical Dilemmas

PrécisPope, Green, Johnson, and Mitchell (2009) suggest that further studies and discussions on ethics and assessment need to be done in the classroom. Teachers face many moral dilemmas, but little research on ethics and evaluation. Teachers spend a third of their time on activities related to evaluation and there is no clear guideline for ethical dilemmas. Since moral reasoning does not appear to be developing at work, teachers before service need to be trained and discussed about evaluating ethical conflicts and dilemmas.

To recognize that the ethical dilemma is the first step to solve it. Solving an ethical dilemma means finding a solution to immediate problems. Individuals facing a dilemma before the ethical dilemma is resolved thoroughly analyze the problem by understanding what the dilemma is and then compare the results of the fundamental actions and those of the results You have to decide the result.
