Before I started teaching, I did not notice that there are many ethical issues everyday, both individually and commercially. Many of the problems that occurred in my work seemed to be a routine everyday problem and I did not think they were moral or immoral. Unfortunately, this may be the reason why so many ethical issues within the company remain unmodified; many problems are solved as immediate problems are not considered ethical issues We have not taken any necessary measures.
Linda Klebe Trevino (1986) proposed an interactive model to ensure ethical decision making within the organization. People pay close attention to moral decisions within the organization, especially for a variety of reasons, such as the increasing public attention to the ethical behavior of the organization, irony of the administrator . The interactive model of ethical decision means contextualization. And individual variables interact with cognitive factors to determine how administrators act in response to ethical dilemmas. Identify these behaviors and take necessary actions to transform administrator's decisions into a more ethical perspective (Trevino 1986, 601-17).
One of the main concerns in the current decision-making process is ethical decision-making. Management of ethical behavior in organizations is one of the main problems confronted by organizations today. The decision that an employee acts ethically is greatly influenced by contextual factors. The history of decision making, personality and management philosophy are a number of factors that turn employee behavior into more ethical behavior (Stead, Edward and Stead 1990, 233-42). This means that the management philosophy can play an important role in transforming decisions into ethical decisions.
Small business decisions should be ethical decisions. In order to make ethical decisions, decision makers need to be sensitive to ethical issues. In addition, there is a way to make ethical decisions. Ethical decisions are often automated when executed in a familiar way. The Markkula Application Ethics Center explores the ethical dilemma and recommends the following framework to determine the ethical behavior program. "Ethical Thinking Framework", University of Santa Clara, June 1, 2012, www.scu.edu/ethics / practice / decision / framework.html. However, in many cases (if not most of the time), owners, administrators and employees of small and medium enterprises often have instinct to know whether certain decisions are not ethical.
