My preferred theoretical position is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). The main assumption of CBT is that the events and circumstances of life do not cause emotional problems (eg guilt and depression), but the problem is rather the recognition of irrational beliefs and situations (Corey, 2009). The goal of CBT is to fix customer's automatic and self-destructive idea, ultimately helping to develop a more adaptable lifestyle philosophy (Corey, 2009). I like to focus on changing this by approaching this approach, challenging customer perceptions distortion, core beliefs, automatic thinking and patterns.
Psychotherapy has many forms. Psychotherapy can help patients explore the influence of past relationships and experiences on current behavior and help psychotherapy specially designed to solve other problems. Cognitive Behavior Therapy is a goal-oriented therapy aimed at solving problems. Psychoanalysis is an enhanced version of personal psychotherapy that requires frequent conversation for many years.
Psychotherapy - psychotherapy is a treatment for mental illness provided by a trained mental health professional. Psychotherapy seeks thoughts, feelings, actions and attempts to improve individual well-being. Psychotherapy paired with drug is the most effective way to promote recovery. Examples include cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, and the like.
Comprehensive psychotherapy embodies the attitude towards the practice of psychotherapy to confirm the intrinsic value of each individual. It is a unified psychotherapy that responds appropriately and effectively to people at emotional, behavioral, cognitive, and physiological levels and solves the spiritual aspects of life. The term "inclusive" of integrated psychotherapy has many meanings. It refers to the process of integrating personality. Reduce the use of defense mechanisms, place their own disproportionate, informative or unresolved aspects, make it part of a coherent personality, limit spontaneity and restrict problem solving, health Maintain and maintain relationships with people, and complete contact with the world. This is the overall process
Comprehensive psychotherapy means the integration of various psychotherapy school elements in client treatment. Comprehensive psychotherapy can also refer to psychotherapy processes that integrate personality. "Combine one's emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and physiological systems." First, Sigmund Freud developed a conversational therapy called psychoanalysis; then he wrote articles on his treatment and popularity psychoanalysis. After Freud, various fields collapsed. Some of the more common treatments include psychodynamic psychotherapy, transaction analysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, gestalt therapy, physical therapy, home system therapy, human-centered psychotherapy, and existential therapy. Hundreds of different psychotherapy theories were practiced (Norcross, 2005, p. 5)
