In the nationwide survey, the major ethical issues and dilemmas confronted by experts were explored and respondents cite 'fuzzy, double or inconsistent relationship' as the most difficult to control in their daily work (Barnett, et al., p. 401). A dual relationship, often referred to as multiple or non-professional relationships, is defined as "a relationship between practitioners and people as experts, with the exception of a different role with the same person or another person", by the American Psychological Association It is defined in ethics. "" People close to that person "(Corey, Corey & Callahan, p.
Antisocial personality disorder (ASPD) is a complex disease that causes a diagnostic, ethical and therapeutic dilemma for mental health professionals. Psychosocial, biological and cultural influences play an important role in the development of ASPD. People with ASPD usually have a severe infantile period, which affects ability to trust in adulthood. Although research supports an interesting biological relationship, it is unknown whether biological differences are the cause or effect of ASPD. Individualism, patriarchalism, and widespread media violence create a cultural background for the development of ASPD. ASPD is difficult to diagnose and treat clinically and there is controversy as to whether ASPD is a mental disorder or a legal ethical problem. However, management of ASPD is often mental health service. In this article I will explain treatment and primary prevention of ASPD in a way related to mental health care.
In order to tackle ethical dilemmas, mental health experts need to consider their roles and appropriate code of conduct. ACHSA Principle 12, Code Status Clinicians should not participate in storage functions (ACHSA, 2013). Correspondingly, part A of the AACFP Code stipulates the clinician's obligation to resist stress rather than engaging in supervisory work to help provide optimal mental health services (Bonner & Vandecreek, 2006 ). If a clinician is required to perform his / her duties as a caregiver, the clinician should inform the captain of the request and the oversight of supervisors other than the emergency violates their professional ethics (Bonner & Vandecreek , 2006). Mental health experts also have to explain that there is a legal obligation to maintain the quality of mental health services they offer and that fulfilling supervisory obligations reduces their quality Hmm.
Another ethical dilemma encountered by mental health professionals in forensic environments is the conflict of dual roles. These experts are responsible for maintaining safety and security, are responsible for dealing with customers and participating in ethical practices (Springer & Roberts, 2007). Likewise, maintaining clinician ethics is convincing because Bonner and Vandecreek (2006) needs to balance mental health management and safety and provide mental health services to criminals It is claimed that it is an issue. The ethical principles of ACHSA and AACFP do not support the involvement of health care providers in regulatory work (Bonner & Vandecreek, 2006). According to the ethical principles of AACFP, doing so may interfere with mental health experts, reduce it, and provide optimal mental health care (Bonner & Vandecreek, 2006).
