In the consulting field, clients must trust therapists and be able to disclose confidential information about themselves. In many cases, when a person receives counseling, that person becomes vulnerable and hopes to improve the quality of life. This is why confidentiality is very important in therapy. This is an essential part of helping to build trusting relationships between clients and therapists. One area where confidentiality investigation is very important is that clients have HIV / AIDS and involve third parties.
Please tell me how to treat HIV / AIDS in Egypt. I did two things about HIV / AIDS in Egypt. Initially, I made an outreach and consultation about the most dangerous people (called MARP for people working in this field). Next, I participated in HIV / AIDS related research in Egypt. Every doctor knows that the most expensive medicines in the world will not work unless patients take it. In the case of HIV / AIDS, treatment is essential in order to delay the spread of the virus and alleviate the symptoms of HIV / AIDS. There are many different medicines available for HIV / AIDS - many of them require patients to adhere to the timetable. There are many reasons why people diagnosed with HIV / AIDS struggle to observe compliance. Some people face difficult side effects such as nausea, anemia and depression. Other people, especially those in developing countries, may face drug shortages. Patients who are addicted to drugs and alcohol, especially cryothera and methamphetamine stimulants, often miss more doses. Religious or cultural beliefs (for example the belief that prayer may offer treatment) may keep some people away from their pills
Conclusion As one of the NGOs for prevention of HIV / AIDS in the Philippines, the Remedios AIDS Foundation faces many ethical dilemmas, trying to overcome difficulties one by one. It is difficult to achieve indiscriminate in this Catholic country, but HIV / AIDS is associated with indiscriminate, but it continues a serious HIV / AIDS war in the country. Because of social norms and religious beliefs, it is impossible for people living with HIV / AIDS to ask for help frankly, so everything is a tough fight.
