Ethical companies know how to respect the rights of all stakeholders in business when making decisions in the company's interests. Ethical behavior in sales and marketing means a professional approach to customers, competitors, regulators and corporate colleagues. Characteristics of this behavior include respect for interaction, consideration of cultural diversity, non-discriminatory behavior against people different from you. Ethical dilemmas are common in pricing policies and practices, sales promotion, disposition of sale incentives, commerce with relatives and friends, and ignorance of leadership and membership responsibilities. Many of these decisions have important ethical implications for members' trust and loyalty. Subtle conflicts of interests such as bribery, insider trading, law enforcement piracy, fraud and conspiracy, gifts and benefits, personal economic benefits, external relations, part-time jobs, etc., are partner's unique trust in business ethics I will hurt.
