In this semester, I enjoy Latin music, watching videos, and enjoying their beauty at the Media Center. Some albums gave me a big impression, including "ACJ Songbook" by Antonio Carlos Jobim and "Andes Music" by Carlos Santana. One of the main characteristics of Latin American music is diversity from the brilliant rhythms of Central America and the Caribbean Sea to the more severe sounds of South America South America. The biggest niche industry is based on Latin music. Latin music has long influenced America 's pop music, and it is a particularly important part of jazz development. Modern pop Latin style has various kinds imported from all over Latin America, such as Columbia's Cumbia, Puerto Rico, Mexico Corridor. Latin American pop music began as a series of dance bands from the 1930s to the 1950s. The most popular styles include Conga, Rumba and Mambo. In the 1950s, Perespraid made Chachacha famous, and the rise of Cuban jazz in Africa provided many ears for the harmony, rhythm and rhythm of Latin music. But the most famous form of American Latin music is salsa. Salsa incorporates many styles and variations; the term can be used to describe most forms of Cuban derived genres. Salsa is very complicated and it fulfills several modes at the same time.
The music and dance of African Diaspora has formed a variety of African music traditions, including American music, Soca, Calypso (see kaiso), Zooke and other Caribbean genres. Latin American music genres, such as rumba, conga, bomba, cambia, salsa, samba, are based on enslavement of African music, which in turn will affect pop in Africa. Music North Africa has ancient Egypt and Cartago, these civilizations are closely related to the ancient Near East, affecting the culture of ancient Greece and Rome.
