Comparison between current and ideal condition of educational justice from the students’ viewpoints at Jahrom Nursing and Paramedical School

This descriptive analysis research investigates and compares current and ideal educational justice from the viewpoint of nursing students and preliminary students at Jahom Medical College. The sample was selected from at least five semesters (113 people) of nursing faculty of the Faculty of Nursing and Welfare of Jahom Medical College, undergraduate of Operating Room (OR), undergraduate under anesthesia. In order to collect data we applied five academic questionnaires including 35 private questions about Riccard scale, 5 areas including planning, implementation, evaluation, resource, and student. Students are convinced that these lists are kept anonymous and their contents are kept secret
The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were evaluated by the relevance of the contents of the participants of 20 operating rooms and the preliminary survey, Cronbach's alpha factor reached 91% in the whole questionnaire, over 70% in each region was. Data is collected by students. To determine the state of the score, assign a score of 5 (highest), 4 (highest), 3 (medium), 2 (lowest), 1 (very low). To determine the average score, multiply the score of each item by the frequency and divide the result by the total number of people (113). To determine the level of justice, 35 departments are very low (1-35), low (36-70), medium (71-105), high (106-140) and very high (141-175 ).

Comparison between present and ideal educational fairness from the perspective of Jahrom nurse and associate school student
Method Description Cross-sectional studies were used to determine nursing student views on clinical education. 150 nursing students were randomly selected from the nursing midwifery school (Tehran).
