The Guardian LaLange Alma Square Way (G-LMA) is a new silicon disposable glottal device with a cuff pilot valve with a drainage outlet and pressure indicator. The purpose of this study was to compare the clinical symptoms of this laryngeal mask airway with ProSeal laryngeal mask airway (P-LMA).
