Little Bill Martin was born on 20th March 1916 in Hiawatha, Kansas State, 2,000 small towns. Bill grew up as "we were poor" during the Great Depression (including the Great Depression). Bill is a broker of five boys and has always found a job to ease the economic pressure on his family since 10 years old. His favorite work is to become a moderator at a local cinema where he cultivates love of language as a foreign language and art form. Even today, Bill recognizes the value of the early experiences of these languages: "I like those languages: foreign languages and local drama languages. I will not get tired of it."
I met Bill Martin when I first finished my student education first when he visited Hawthorne primary school in downtown San Antonio in 1990. After the children came home, Bill told our teachers about his words and educational philosophy. When he visited a kindergarten classroom in the morning, he began to explain the scene: I saw a miracle today. I was in the classroom, a kindergarten stood up and took a piece of paper she wrote a story and read it. She should read for 4 minutes, this is her long story. She reads it with a rhythm of speech and a melody. She did not take his word. There are languages that are less meaningful language, it just follows the traces of the meaning of the language. That is a miracle
