TALLAHASSEE - Recognizing the physical strength and moon of the sport, Florida Department of Health encourages Florida participation in daily physical activity to promote healthy weight. Through Florida's most healthy weight program, the agency is committed to revitalizing the local community and allowing children, adults and families to make smarter choices in sports.
"The incorporation of daily physical activity into the schedule is very important for healthy living," said Dr. John Armstrong, Department of State Surgeon Health Minister.
