"Physical activity", "exercise" and "physical health" are terms that describe different concepts. However, these are often confused with each other, and these terms are sometimes used interchangeably. This paper proposes definitions that distinguish them. Physical activity is defined as physical exercise caused by skeletal muscle that results in energy expenditure. Energy consumption can be measured in kilocalories. Physical activity in daily life can be divided into occupation, movement, regulation, family or other activities. Exercise is a subset of planning, structure, and repetitive physical activity and is intended to improve or maintain health as the ultimate goal or intermediate goal. Physical health is a group of attributes related to health and skills. The extent to which people have these attributes can be measured by a specific test. These definitions are provided as an explanatory framework for comparing studies on physical activity, exercise, and physical health and health.

Physical health is usually achieved by exercise, proper nutrition, and adequate rest. It is an important part of life. In my career as a trainer, I have seen various degrees of fitness. Just because someone else can do something you can not do does not make your health worse. That means you can not perform that particular task. I learned through experience that there are two types of fitness, cardiovascular health and body health. The combination of the two forms creates what I call perfectly fit.
