[2023-02-13 07:43:57]
All participants, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at our conference must agree to the following code of conduct. The organizer applies this code throughout the event. I hope that cooperation of all the participants will help secure a safe environment for everyone.
Our conference has a harassing meeting experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, size, race, religion, or technology choice It is dedicated to offering. We do not tolerate harassment for conference participants of any form. Sexual expressions and images are not suitable for any meeting place, including meetings, seminars, parties, Twitter and other online media. Participants who violate these rules may be approved or expelled from the meeting without refund, as determined by the organizer of the meeting.
Harassment includes, but is not limited to, undesirable sex, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, size, race, ethnicity, religion, choice of technology, sexual images in public places, Threatening, tracking, pursuit, harassment are included. Oral commentary on photographs and recordings, verbal negotiations and other events, inadequate physical contacts, undesirable sexual concerns
Sponsors are also subject to harassment prevention policies. In particular, sponsors should not use sexy images, activities, or other materials. The booth staff (including volunteers) should not use wearable clothes, uniforms, clothes, or create a creative environment otherwise.
If the participants are involved in harassment, the organizer of the meeting can take actions deemed appropriate, such as warnings to violators or withdrawal of meetings without refund.

The staff of the conference will help participants to contact hotel / site security or local law enforcement agencies to escort or otherwise assist people who experienced harassment during the meeting. We value your attendance
We hope that participants will follow these rules at meetings and seminar venues and social events related to the conference.
If you are truly uncomfortable, many conferences have a code of conduct to settle and hope to solve the problem. There are several posts that provide useful insights to attend technical meetings as colored people and (white) women. My personal experience (as an elderly white woman) is generally friendly; I have built a long-term friendship with the people I met in the meeting. Please question at the Expo Hall and online events / parties. Do not worry if you are a developer, even if you are a brand-new one. Not all technical conferences are experienced developers, and many people are sales representatives, project managers, or other positions within the company, or students and new developers.
All technical meetings should have a code of conduct. # In many stories of MeToo, some women are sexually harassed in these incidents. Setting expectations on how participants behave and act in violation of rules is of great help to welcome women. The network animator Rachel Nabors showed on her website that she would not speak without a proper meeting. CES is the largest exhibition in the industry, there is no such code
Communities need to establish ways to prevent this behavior - through norms and regulations, for example. This example is a code of conduct at the meeting (this link will bring you more background information from Ashe Dryden). Many of them were born out of women's specific complaints about the implementation of the conference. However, there are still protestors from other participants who claim this is not a problem. If women are not participating from the beginning, it is unlikely that they will beco
