In the world where we live today, the roles of power and leadership are often confused. They have the same meaning, but they can be clearly defined between the latter. The main difference between the two is the effect. Power is the use of leadership, leadership can only be determined by mastering power. Leadership always includes leaders 'attempts to influence behavior and believers under certain circumstances, power is not the same as influencing others' behavior. Power and leadership have similar meanings, but there are some differences between them.
Remuneration is common in the workplace, when employees are praised that they have reached their goals and deadlines, or just done special things for other colleagues. Depending on the situation, benefits include gift cards, commissions, salary increases, and even promotions. This power is one of the common forces of large organizations with many employees, as everyone prefers to be praised for their achievement. (Abudi, 2011) As you can see, power has advantages over disadvantages, but one of the main problems is that you can have power, but it is still not an effective leader. When you have authority, leaders often feel that they can say something to make people believe they are right. In most cases, people are blinded to power, so they are actually considered to be correct. They sense that powerful people are not mistaken; when most of the people with power are people who are not sincere at all, they will always be fair and true. It shows you that you have power only, it does not make you an effective leader, it just makes you a boss. This is a barrier for many people working in society today, as you have a manager that you do not want you to excel in situations where you work hard and are not trusted. The so-called leader holding power
Leadership is, of course, a form of power, but it is not a division of power by people, but instead it is a sort of force that exists as a mutual relationship between a leader and his / her believers (Forsyth, 2009) It is widely believed that the use of operations, compulsion and domination to give is not a requirement for leadership. Actually, individuals seeking consent from the group and striving to do their best for others' best interests may also be effective leaders (eg, team leader, judge).
Leadership brings a burden of responsibility. This is a one-to-many relationship that requires vision, tenacity, passion, and intelligence. Leadership is not strength. It is clear that many people do not understand this fact based on the influence of the news on their abuse. Leadership is a privilege, not a right. In the field of entrepreneurial spirit, frequently used terms are interruptions. It can be said that it is overworked. Everyone wants to disrupt industry, categories, or consumer behavior. But I like that word and I am looking for the same entrepreneur that harm leadership. We need a new generation of leaders trying to do the right things for people, the earth, and the interests.
In terms of scope, individual leadership is like looking at "micro leadership" and "macro leadership". This is a leader in personal and intimate relationships. Father, mother, child, brother, sister, spouse, friend, and everyday life. Individual leaders often affect a narrower range of people in a very direct and authentic way. For example, a single mother who can nurture and nurture a child. It can be said that our relationship with the first leader and follower we meet in our lives is our parents. Parents can reluctantly become leaders and children will become followers in a passively negative manner as well. Personal leaders have shown us that the leaders are defined by their followers and in turn are defined by their followers.
