139 This cultural policy is not as problematic as Adorno's "art" industrialization, but industrialization of everyday culture. In other words, the growing popularity of products and services with a high level of design cultural appeal does not mean the separation of the art industry, usually the termination of the Anglo-Saxon problem, it will turn into a new registration. This cultural policy has to tackle the economic aspects of these fields. It means a new set of policy instruments and visions that will enable us to exceed the grants of individual artists and institutions. It is necessary to provide clear reasons and to demonstrate that the cultural and social values ​​of these sectors are related to purely economic targets and goals and are separated from them.

It reflects and influences the social and cultural order it belongs to. The balance of class system, cultural value, power structure, individual freedom and social rule, urbanization and industrialization has had a great influence on the school system of every society. What is the functional relationship between education and other social subsystems? Many functionalists think that there is a functional relationship between different subsystems. For example, there is a functional relationship between education and the economic system. Skills and values ​​learned in education are directly related to how economic and professional systems work. Education and training individuals have the skills they need to get the economy. Likewise, education is also affected by the economy.
