Human dignity (HD) in patient care is an important concept in clinical ethics, which has various definitions in existing literature. This study aimed to analyze the concept of HD in patient care. For this purpose, Rogers' evolutionary conceptual analysis was used. For this purpose, "human dignity", "patient care", and "human dignity" in the science databases PubMed, Elsevier, ScienceDirect, Scopus, OVID, Web of Science, CINHAL, IRANDOC, Google Scholar, Magiran, SID and IranMedex I searched for "morality". These two words. . The main criteria included in the final analysis were published in the online scientific journals from 2006 to 2016 in the context of the healthcare field in English and Persian. After all, this research chose 21 papers. Attributes of the research concept are determined from the viewpoint of both personal HD and social HD. The antecedent includes a coordinator and a threat, and its impact includes both positive and negative effects. HD is based on the essence of patient care, value philosophy based on values and humanism, respect for human integrity and its beliefs. This concept takes into account the various stages of disease, aging and terminal life in a comprehensive approach to humans. HD in patient care is influenced by cultural, social, spiritual and religious factors. It emphasizes the equality of all patients based on a fair approach and extends it to all sectors of society rather than limiting it to hospital environments. Scientists and researchers have studied mental health from various viewpoints and have proposed various definitions, but currently there is no comprehensive definition of this term. This research aims to provide mental health definition, components and indicators from the viewpoint of experts. In this qualitative survey, we selected 22 mental health experts in various fields through intentional sampling using traditional content analysis and individual detailed interviews. In order to improve the effectiveness and reliability of the results, we measure members' checks, reliability, reliability, assignability, and allocation of sufficient data collection time. Normal content analysis takes place in three main phases: preparation, organization and reporting. Categories, subcategories, and codes are displayed accordingly. Participants defined mental health from three dimensions: religion, individualism, and substance world. This study reveals four relationships in mental health: the relationship between man and God, himself, others, and nature. Most participants state that mental health and spirituality are different and point out the following characteristics of mental health: it affects physical, mental and social health. It is perceived by people's behavior, it can be strengthened and improved. Most experts consider the relationship between humans and God to be the most important part of the definition of mental health. In short, the relationship between people and ourselves, others and nature is not regarded as a specific part of mental health.
