1. Discuss the factors affecting the food choice We will explore the role of sugar and starch in a healthy diet.
Plan a healthy and balanced pasta or rice, create a preparatory worksheet for preparation of pasta or rice, and create practical tips for pasta or rice preparation and service

Home economics is an interdisciplinary research field that includes three key areas: food, nutrition and health, family and family living, and resource selection and management. Using constructivistic teaching methods to explore the interrelations between individual chains and three chains, students actively participate through the learning process. Home economics aims to acquire knowledge, skills, attitudes and develop in all aspects. Indicators of learning outcomes are differentiated to meet different abilities. In this module, several determinants influencing food selection are first considered. Next, there is a carbohydrate theme. This will be promoted by the teacher through various student-centered activities. Students are then instructed to plan and prepare healthy and balanced pasta / rice skills in the most appropriate and meaningful way. This will help them develop these lifelong skills
