Telecommunications is a commercial and nonprofit organization that develops, produces, distributes and displays entertainment and information to the public via electronic means. Recently, interactive media has begun to attract many consumers' interests. Of the four media functions, delivery is most influenced by all changes in the industry. As these changes are always taking place, media companies must prepare to be able to keep generating income and profits.

Case study - A case study includes a broad and detailed formal investigation of the company, situation, or event area. Case studies often create formal reports published in academic or professional publications. They investigate typical, single or regional cases of importance, which will help improve knowledge. Change Request - Official document that is submitted to the Change Management Committee and requests changes to the final project management plan. Since project managers can provide small changes that have little or no impact on project work, change requests are usually only used for major changes.

Case study A couple of years ago, the author participated in a large-scale information system project, which was a large-scale public sector organization and ended early. Warne (1999) made an official case study of the project. This project was originally intended to run for 9 years, and the final system was about 250 million dollars, but it was only about 2.5 million dollars in just 2.5 years (excluding developer salaries). The project did not provide practical software until it ended, but did many preliminary analyzes and created many documents. Details on the results of projects and case studies can be found in Warne (1999, 2002) and Warne and Hart (1996). A model of discussion and interpretation on the cause of termination is also shown in Hart (1997).
