Victor Frankenstein spent most of his time on scientific research. When he was older, his father asked him to continue his science education. When he went to school, Frankenstein got interested in natural science, and soon became obsessed with creating life without life.
When his experiment was successful, Frankenstein was shocked and repulsed by what he saw. After meeting his creator, the monster ran away to a nearby forest.
Over time, Frankenstein began to believe that he had not had his creation until a letter from his family announced him the cruel murder of his younger brother. Frankenstein is convinced that the monster is responsible and will begin retaliation
Frankenstein, classical Gothic literature has been read by millions of readers since it was first published in 1818. Many of the movies and television programs in which Frankenstein monsters appear are an important part of contemporary culture. Many young readers like me believe they already know monsters. However, until now I have not read it.
I started writing this novel and I learned most of the contemporary beliefs about Frankenstein's monsters. Fortunately, I have also noticed that many of these beliefs are wrong. It comes from many movies and TV shows. I have never read this novel, but for many years I have learned a lot about authors and writers.
The version of the novel I read was made in the same format as was published first. This text is written in Old English, it is spelled correctly by era and region, so it is different from contemporary American English. Some readers feel that it is difficult to read and understand because many things are different now, such as speech patterns and dialects at the time.
The story itself is not as exciting as I thought. In a sense, there are three independent narrators, also called frame stories, in the story, and in turn telling the story. At first, the narrator was an explorer and to Dr. Frankenstein when he advanced to the Arctic. Then he gave up the story of Dr. Frankenstein. Frankenstein spoke most of the story, once moving the story to the monster, and finally moving the explorer to the explorer.
I also thought that this novel was pretty quiet. After all, I thought Frankenstein was terrible It was a gothic novel, but when I read it, I thought it was the idea, but not terrible . Perhaps this is because we are exposed to truly terrible events, television programs and literature. Or it may be because we were in contact with Frankenstein since I was young.
I recommend this novel to those who know the truth behind Frankenstein's monster, or want to know.
I borrowed a copy of this novel from the local library, and I am seeking permission from the publisher of The Pennyroyal Press to currently use the image of the cover image above.
