Information, Media, and Technology Skills The people of the 21st century are aware of the technological and media environments with various characteristics, such as 1) access to rich information, 2) rapid change in technology tools, 3) unprecedented functions I live in. Twelve graduates from K have the following 21st century skills: 1) information, media and technology skills, 2) learning and innovative skills, 3) effective communication skills, 3) effective Communication skills, 4) Life and professional skills. Information, media and technical skills include 1) visual and information literacy, media literacy, foundation, science, economics and technology literacy, and multicultural literacy and global perception. Learning and innovative skills are 1) creativity and curiosity, 2) critical thinking, problem solving skills, and risk taking. To acquire effective communication skills, 1) teamwork, collaboration and interpersonal skills, 2) personal, social and civic responsibilities and interactions, and regional, national and global directionality I need to teach.
The purpose of the K - 12 program is that each graduate has information, media and technical skills, learning and innovative skills, effective communication skills, and living and professional skills. However, it takes time to develop these functions, and you need to pay attention to the design course that can develop these functions. In recent years, problems such as bullying and violence have become a matter of concern to the school. Currently, the Ministry of Education cooperates with nonprofit organizations and other organizations to provide teachers and parents with training and information on the protection of children. These efforts are worthy of praise and should continue. However, it is equally important to consider how to embed it in the curriculum, culture, system, and structure of each school in addition to consciousness and skill development.
