Communication skills and leadership are closely related. In order to lead the team and influence the team to achieve specific goals, they must be able to communicate well with their colleagues. This is especially true in the health care industry. Leaders who lack effective communication skills can not maintain friendship between employees due to misunderstanding and lack of communication. This will cause the target to fail. Leadership in the healthcare industry is important for organizations as well as for their employees, patients and visitors. According to an earlier study, the leadership process should include specific characteristics and actions. The seven functions that have been proven to be consistent with leadership are as follows.

It makes it possible to inspire, organize and implement the vision (Ginter, Duncan, & Swayne, 2013, p. 26). The vision of a company or organization is the framework of the company's success. It allows all employees to become "positive" in the future. It enables friendship and achievement. Being an excellent leader and role model can inspire - a vision. He truly created a room because he knew that his presence as president became awkward and wanted to move any suffocation ideas that could solve the crisis. He excluded the possibility of collective thought and divided a large group of experts with views on various knowledge bases and issues (Sutton, 2014). Communication skills - Communication skills are important for effective leadership. Directors who have qualities as instructors are often very clear, effective, influential and recognize the importance to success. They will continue to improve their communication skills and learn new ways to stay effective in changing organizational environments. Openness - Line managers with qualities of effective leadership will openly hear employee ideas, suggestions and opinions. If they think that this is good for the organization, they think that they are willing to adopt new ways of doing things. They focus on creating mutual respect and trustworthy environment that organizations prepare to tackle new challenges.

Leadership Communication Leadership communication is defined as the use of excellent communication skills to motivate and encourage individuals and groups through systematic and meaningful information sharing. Leadership communication is a complex process that starts with an effective speech to control communication development, accurate writing, and control difficult situations. Leadership communication has three main areas: core, management and business. As the leader's portfolio grows, emergency communication skills are needed to manage extensive areas and become as effective as possible. As a result, increasing the level of leadership will increase complexity. The core approach includes writing and speaking. These are personalized skills that need to be extended to manage large groups and teams.
