The Culture of Celebrity Worship and How it is Illogical

Celebrity became a god of the masses. They worship in the bedroom through a big poster showing the body of their pictures, they read obsession through social media and news, and their advice is concerned even about global problems and personal difficulties. Should celebrities be respected by this respect? Or should we ask for inspiration and freedom from ourselves to decide what is right? When knowing that celebrities are often affected by narcotics, the answers to these questions should be obvious. These problems often lead to unstable family life and are associated with high crime rates . Based on this knowledge, we should be able to judge whether the public's respect for celebrities is illogical or even absurd.
Abuse of illegal drugs is a common phenomenon in the case of celebrities. According to a survey conducted by Professor Hilary Dunsk of Harvard University, the ratio of celebrities to illegal drug use is 72.6% while global citizens average about 13.7% (Dunsk 256). This difference is shocking and proves that celebrities are not role models that our children and someone needs. Another study by Rochester pointed out that cultural psychologist Damond Poppard increased the likelihood of UK 7-15 year old children purchasing illegal drugs by 13.3% after tracking celebrity life through the social media platform . (Poppard 56)
If we believe that celebrities are ideal role models for families, we need to think about it again. Worldwide, celebrities have an average of two divorces and must pay a fee of $ 152,156 per year on average for children 's custody (Friedrich 211). Given the average rate of global citizens, the divorce rate for child's custody rights is .7, which is $ 3,572 per year (Friedrich 211). In terms of family life, celebrity lifestyle is clearly not a favorable example for the public.
We do not want children or our grown-up friends to contact criminals. According to Princeton's research by Prof. Prince Harold Kramer, nearly four out of ten celebrities committed a crime or could be condemned by law (Cramer 11). This percentage can be compared with a crime rate that is not a celebrity of 12 (Cramer 12). In this statistic, it is clear how to link yourself to a celebrity and tie it to a criminal.
Given the number of celebrities using illegal drugs, how unstable their family life is, and the number of crimes they commit, it can be inferred that celebrities should not be so celebrated. In my opinion, celebrities are worse than non-celebrities - we should respect ourselves with self-esteem, confidence, confidence. We do not need to respect the celebrities known as offenders, illegal drug users, stumbling families. Despite their success, they are generally examples of fairly tragic human beings and should not be honored.
Houran is a co-creator of the Celebrity Worship Scale, which measures the level of personal concern for celebrities. "Celebrity worship begins with normal healthy behavior," he said. "But there is the possibility of converting it to a more dysfunctional expression," he says that people are leading to celebrities who do not exist. Houran, in a study announced in February 2002 with other British and American researchers, discovered that one third of Americans suffered some form of "celebrity worship syndrome". In the most harmless form, this situation appears as emptiness. However, the survey entered obsessive thinking and discovered that it sometimes worsens behavior as much as tracking. This is caused by delusions. Four
Entertainment and other people bring celebrity worship until they will follow them. The influence of this kind of worship is particularly prominent in children and adolescents, and when they are exposed to criteria set by the culture of celebrities, they are often placed in a general sense of depression, anxiety, and worthlessness I will. Teenagers who expose the perfect image created by popular culture are often moved by eating disorders, substance abuse and other dange
