The Cold War (1945 - 1991) was a substantial war at economic, philosophical, cultural, social and political levels. It is influenced globally and has turned most of the world's society into a liberal way rather than an old and conservative way. The global war is war, and even though most of the world's major countries are not involved, the typical examples are two wars. Therefore, in the military and actual wars, the Cold War can not be classified as a global war because the two superpowers (the Soviet Union and the US) indirectly fight each other, but to a certain extent it can be said that the Cold War is a Cold War It can be said. He thinks he is willing to negotiate with the Soviets (he does), but he wants to negotiate from a strong position. In 1983, Reagan proposed a missile defense system called Strategic Defense Program (SDI). Basically this is a missile defense system, laser and other state-of-the-art technology can offset future missiles. The project has never been fully deployed
