Youth Generations: The Echo Boomers

There are many things about them in the "Y" generation, making them a little different from all of their predecessors. As everyone knows, these people are very ambitious, computer-savvy and very technical. But in addition to these three very striking features, they also have low teaching standards, rights, and great confidence in parents. However, with this unique combination of functions, people in this large group are all generations and are trying to work harder than their predecessors.

Generation Y is also called Millennial generation or next generation. Or a net generation represents a demographic group of post X generations. That member is often called Millennial or Echo. According to Shareef Mahdavi (2008), Generation Y is a term used to describe a baby-boomer generation, usually born between 1977 and 1995. McCrindle (2008) represents the Y generation born between 1980 and 1994. They are also known as Western society, in particular the "Millennial generation" and "echo" of American society.

Y generation is a child of X generation, also known as millennium generation, internet generation, and echo generation. This is due to their computer knowledge, because they are the biggest generation from the baby-boomer generation. When young, they were introduced to various lifestyles and cultures of the school. They were so young that they tend to get used to various races, sexual orientation and ethnic groups. Mass media draws the image inherited from generation to generation. Mature workers (traditionalists and baby boomers) are depicted as faithful and diligent, but in terms of innovation and technology they are dinosaurs.
