There are many things about them in the "Y" generation, making them a little different from all of their predecessors. Y generation is a child of X generation, also known as millennium generation, internet generation, and echo generation. This is due to their computer knowledge, because they are the biggest generation from the baby-boomer generation. When young, they were introduced to various lifestyles and cultures of the school. They were so young that they tend to get used to various races, sexual orientation and ethnic groups. Mass media draws the image inherited from generation to generation. Mature workers (traditionalists and baby boomers) are depicted as faithful and diligent, but in terms of innovation and technology they are dinosaurs. Young employees (X generation and millennium generation) are considered innovative but not respectful, lazy, self-centered
