Founded in 2011, Ruby's Neighborhood Restaurant is located in downtown Ashland and the historic railway district. We offer a variety of breakfast burritos and eclectic lunch sandwiches including many vegetarian, vegan, gluten free foods. Local freshly baked organic coffee, espresso and various homemade snacks (beer, wine, cocktails) are also available.

Whether you are a shovel or a downhill bike, it is designed for mobile working class staples! Food fashion goes in and out, healthy, organic and affordable food is a timeless one. Our menu is global inspiration and local procurement. Our vegetables are purchased directly from Blue Fox (Applegate), Antonio's Farm (Talent), Pennington's (Applegate), Eagle Mill (Ashland). Sliced ​​sandwiches, pretzels, chabata and hamburger bread are all from Sunstone Organic Bakery. We produce all the baked goods internally from scratch. All of the menus are made to order

Please do not stop our neighborhood driveway and street for a while! You can easily pick up at our driveway or use the public area across the street. We also offer a great bicycle parking lot for cyclists.
