Abstract: Teach dog schools in the United States and Canada. Part 1 outlines issues that guide dogs should take into consideration, such as how to guide dogs, adaptation to guide dogs, cost and benefits of guide dogs, myths of guide dogs, common features of guide dogs. Elements to consider when blind school, applications to guide dog schools, alternatives to guide dog schools, and frequently asked questions. In Part 2 I will detail the three Canadian Guide Dogs Schools and the 14 US Guide Dog Schools in the US. The appendix contains the name, address, telephone number of all schools, and a copy of the survey sent to each school.
