Your Body Is a Factory for the Soul

The body is not a prison of the soul but a factory. The soul is not placed in the flesh as a sentence but as a tool to help complete the work. Life is not punishment, it is like work. According to Socrates 'view of Plato' s faedo, Socrates believes that body is a prison of soul. He insists that "she is quickly arrested in the body and fixed on the body, she can not think about it through herself or a bar in prison" (82 e). Similarly, men are complex creatures, the subject of life. His body is like a container and a supporter. A part of the soul of mankind comes from heaven.
