At the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, Europe was the result of new ideas, industrialization and the formation of a new country. At that time, all the countries of Europe were spreading nationalism or at least thinking about ways to influence their good or evil. "Young Italy" written by Giuseppe Mazzini is the oath of the "Young Italy" member. This is a society dedicated to the unification of Italy. (Perry, page 114). . "Symite and Teutonic race" is a document indicating that they want to close the German border with the Jews.

In 1831, Giovanni Mazzini established a new secret society "Young Italy" to spread nationalism through speech and works. Young Italy only lasted a few years, but it gained a lot of support like Giuseppe Garibaldi. It raises concerns about the issue of unification and the idea that Italy should become the "national" republic. Many Massini believers were expelled during the crackdown in the mid-1830s, and their efforts were once again hindered. In the fight of many years, many Italian countries demanded the constitution; however, each time this goal is achieved, it will soon be abolished by power. In this way, Italian progress will keep coming back and forth waiting for the day they will become a unified country.

The central character of the origin of the "young Italian" was Giuseppe Mazzini (1805-1872) who witnessed the suffering of "Italian refugees" in Genoa in 1821, and they ran away after the defeat. They are a revolutionary effort to promote reform and have chosen to follow their example and devote their lives to causes of Italian independence and solidarity. In 1827 he started entering the Carbonari movement and was forced to exile in 1831 as a revolutionary activity. After the exile of Marseille, the port city of France, he proposed a revolutionary hotbed and he advocated a devastating activity "even if it ended in failure". This is also a way to increase general 'political perception'. He also began to remove the philosophy of Carbonari and then established a campaign dedicated to Giovine Italia (youth of Italy) to "unification of Italy, independence and freedom".
