You Be the Judge

You Be the Judge is an early American video game show aired on New York's TV station WCBW (now WCBS - TV) on January 4, 1946. [1] Although it is an early example of a TV program, it is not a network series. In each episode, the actual trial will be re-enacted and three "amateur judges" (participants) will decide on the case. The "judge" closest to the actual judgment wins the award. [2]
