Wednesday afternoon, the Wyoming game and the fish committee unanimously voted to open grizzly hunting around Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park. With the new regulation, you can kill up to 22 high-graffiti during the hunting season held in September.
Since 1974, this policy has paved the way for hunting biggest graffiti outside Alaska. In 1975, high-graffita received federal protection after appearing on endangered species list. In June 2017, the US Fish and Wildlife Service returned the number to about 700 and excluded bear populations from the Yellowstone district of the list.
The bears of Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park are still protected, but now hunting is permitted in the so-called "population surveillance area" surrounding the two parks. Only one authorized hunter at a time is allowed to enter the hunting area and you can kill a shameless woman and a bear of 10 men. Hunting is also permitted outside the population monitoring area and Hunter receives 12 more bears. Wyoming Game and Fish Department explained these hunting regulations as "conservative".
After bear market was delisted, Montana and Idaho shared responsibility for quick lime hunting policy, but in February Montana decided not to allow trophy hunting this year, and Idaho had only one I guess. Only Grizzlies issues licenses. The US Fish and Wildlife Service is considering removing them in September, but bears around Montana's Glacier National Park are still considered endangered species.
In April, 73 scientists signed a letter condemning the decision to allow hunting, stating that it hurts the bear's comeback. The letter said, "To pursue such a vulnerable group, it is morally irresponsible, unfounded, not for public benefit."
Earlier this month, Wyoming State and the United States of the indigenous 200 countries also issued a hunting prohibition, suggesting that Grizzly Bear - regarded as a sacred animal - will be transferred to be retained for continued protection. Also in May, 107 wildlife photographers wrote that the Wyoming State Governor Agency requested that the hunting proposal be refused.
After a two-hour speech by the committee and live broadcasting, the trophies were unanimously voted on Wednesday. Meanwhile, supporters who supported and opposed Grizzly could express their concerns to the committee members.
In June 2017, the US Interior Minister 's Ryan Zinke and the Trump regime deprived the Endangered Species Protection Act from wandering around the grizzly inside and outside the Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. This movement opened the way for grizzly hunting in Wyoming and Idaho. According to the proposal, there is a possibility that more than 20 high-graffiti will be killed including up to 13 women. The Fish and Wildlife Conservation Authority stated that the transition to a recent bear's meat based diet would result in death after losing other food losses (eg land moths or yellow stone carp) I rated it. They also criticized the "surgical delisting" institution of isolated quicklime populations, rather than focusing on the broader and longer-lasting grizzly recovery in the western.
... 12 bears will be killed in so-called population monitoring areas, Grand Teton National Park, considered a huge habitat of the Great Yellowstone National Park and Grizzly Bear in Wyoming Province. The surveillance area generally occupies the northwest corner of the state and includes the majority of the Wind River area. The proposed hunting rules apply only to the state of Wyoming, but it also extends to Montana and Idaho. The hunting season also depends on the outcome of some legal obstacles. The North Sain tribe, the Sierra Club, and the Humanitarian Association sued the Fish Wildlife Service at the end of August and stated that climate change and human conflict are putting excessive pressure on this attractive creature.
The hunting season will be open in September. In the grizzly habitat which is the center outside Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Park, permitted hunters can collect up to 11 bears at a time. It is also known as the population monitoring area. The other 12 bears, both males and females, can be harvested outside the core habitat. In June last year more than 40 years since this species was designated as an endangered species, the Federal authorities announced that Yellow Lime Bear has recovered until it no longer requires federal protection. The Ministry of the Interior estimates that the population is about 700 people, 136 people have decreased since 1975, and many factors indicate that it is "healthy and the future will continue".
