First let's find energy. The obvious energy source is food and you should keep thinking about it. The food you eat is very important, you should eat a delicious breakfast, preferably a high fiber breakfast, if possible, you should eat healthy food during the day to get food. Enjoy it with healthy energy (and drink water). Like sugar and coffee, you may want to fix it immediately, but it crashes immediately. Though they can be used for sprints, please remember that we are participating in the marathon! be careful. Another energy source may be talking to people (or away if you are introvert). I am definitely outgoing so when I talk to people I will get lots of energy! You have to understand what you know yourself and give you energy from the perspective of people / activities, and they are as well! If you can get energy by listening to music, let's do it as much as possible.
