Worship Is not What You Do, It Is a Lifestyle

What is worship? What does the word worship mean? Why do we want to worship? All these questions help to determine the importance of worship in my life and how I live every day. John 4:23 "But now it is time for true worshipers to worship the father in spirit and truth, because my father is going to worship him like this." For me, The worship of truth is almost the same as what is stated in this verse, which worships in the spirit with the integrity of "in the spirit and truth". Worship is more than just what you do.

In other words, true worship is defined by our priority given to the position of God in the list of God in our life and the list of our priorities. True worship is a spiritual matter expressed through a holy lifestyle. So if your way of living can not express the beauty of sacredness by the luxury or exaggeration of God and if you are not living in extreme or excessive obedience to God's life, you will endanger your priorities . We worship God because we are God. Period Our extreme love and extreme obedience to the saints arise from the reality that God is loved us first. It is very appropriate to thank God for everything they did for them. But if you only admit God's wealth, true worship is shallow. According to Psalm 96: 5-6, "The gods of all the countries are idols, but the Lord has made heaven: before him there is glory and dignity, and in his sanctuary there is power and glory . "

Discipline worshiping of corporate worship is one of the center activities of heaven. We need to worship God When we worship with other believers who believe in Jesus, we will experience God's presence in a special way. Psalm 22: 3 tells us that God was crowned with the people's worship. Experiencing the existence of God in worship is not comparable to secular experiences. The existence of God is relieved, giving power and healing! For me, this is the three most important spiritual areas. I think that they are indispensable for my own spiritual growth. I often use many other areas: silence, loneliness, fasting, group learning, composition, compactness, service, spiritual reading and confession are part of them.

Worship is not a style of music, it is a way of living. Do you know someone who does not believe in worship? Do you think that you are a person other than music, worship to a musician? You will be free when you learn that worship is not who we are but because we are. This is an incredible love of God and a reaction to grace.
