Three American workers are putting pressure on work. Stress levels are evaluated according to the Holmes-Rahe Life Event Scale, and many of the most stressful events in life are related to the workplace. Examples include dismissal, business coordination and financial condition change, responsibility change, shift to different duties, boss trouble, changes in working hours or working conditions, retirement and vacation. Workplace pressure reduces US employer annual productivity, absenteeism, employee turnover, worker compensation, health insurance, and other stress related costs by $ 200 billion annually.

Employers are responsible for reducing work stress. One of the most effective ways to relieve stress is to improve communication, meet with employees and discuss stress levels. Another way to reduce work stress is to improve the work and organization design. For example, an employer needs to replace a failed device. We will provide good working conditions for employees. As organizations need to identify stress factors and review workplace environments to improve their job performance and organizational strategy, they need a strategy to mitigate workplace stress. By improving work and organizing the design, employees can work comfortably within the organization. At the same time, organizations need to develop stress policies, monitor their effectiveness, and train administrators to become sensitive to the causes of stress and early symptoms.

In this research, I would like to discuss factors that lead to stress in the workplace. Do individuals receive pressure in the workplace? What causes stress in your workplace? Who is mostly stress: who is male or female? Are individuals exposed to stress management skills? Should employers introduce stress management skills? As a future manager, if you want to be able to judge whether stress is a problem for employees, we will implement a strategy to reduce workplace stress. By identifying stress in the workplace, employers can take appropriate measures to reduce stress.
