In the fall semester of 2015, four students completed the necessary courses according to Executive Master's Management Technology Course. To my surprise, they are not allowed to work with three strangers, not their chosen partner. This situation encourages students to practice intuitive collaborative work so that community awareness will gradually reach personal goals and team goals. This group consists of three Indian students and the author of the story to accept the legacy of Costa Rica.

In the business world there are working groups and working teams. Members of the work team rely on each other's common goal to produce the final result of the business. A working group is two or more people whose performance is interdependent, working in the same department, or not working in the same department. Again, although the difference is subtle, the main clues are that the team is more independent, while the team cooperates and shares the results. Therefore, as we have seen, the work team is more formal, including key goals and objectives, and also allows its members to play a role in the work team's way of working. On the other side, our work teams are independent of each other, and usually serve as a leader in teaching workflows.

Every team is a team, but not all teams are teams. It takes time to learn how teams work together, so it is difficult to form a team. Everyone in the workplace is talking about team building, teamwork, and my team, but few people know how to create a team work experience or how to build an effective team. In the broadest sense, belonging to a team is a result of greater feelings than yourself. This is significant in understanding the mission and purpose of the organization.

As I work with people of various types and people with different backgrounds, the most difficult part of team work is how to optimally manage such teams to achieve that goal . Creating a team structure may be a bit difficult, but there are excellent metrics that can be implemented without stress. Getting the right combination of teams for anything is not easy. You have to consider a lot of indicators. Depending on the team type, experience, skill, attitude, exposure, education, and history you desire, there is little to do when you form a team and form. I must point out that it takes a lot of time to find the right person instead of collecting the wrong eggs with a bad motive. If you do not execute the plan, resources will run out shortly.
