This article examines general organization stress factors called work overload. First of all, the pressure source is defined and explained according to its cause. Then this article will focus on how to deal with stressors by proposing various organizational methods. Next, individuals who have received specialized training within the range of work overload will be introduced. We will consider a unique approach to the design of these experts as a means of handling work overload. This paper concludes with an explanation of how scientific literature and research can help experts.

Quantitative work will occur when there are too many things to do and there is not enough time to do it. Jimmieson (2000) defines quantitative workload overload as the amount of work that the employer considers to exceed the requirements of work within a certain time frame. It must work under pressure to catch a tough deadline, but it is the main cause of high levels of stress, anxiety and depression - this condition can lead to serious stress, anxiety and depression (Cooper et al., 2001). A qualitative work overload is defined as an individual's perception of the ability to complete a task or to meet the expected performance criteria. Qualitative overload means that individuals firmly believe that individuals do not have the skills and abilities necessary to carry out the tasks they need (Cooper et al., 2001).

The character is overloaded. Beehr, Walsh, and Tabler (1976) used rolloverload gauges. This is defined as being too much work for rolloverload to run within the usable time. Those three sizes usually yield an internal confidence factor of 0.56. Score range is 0 to 16. The higher the score, the greater the overload of the role.
