In the past few decades, the role of women has changed dramatically in several ways, but in other respects the role of women is more similar than we think. My interview partner is my grandmother, Ann Cafe. She is a 64-year-old African-American woman. My interview grew up in Washington, DC and currently lives in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. I interviewed the following topics: violence against women, women's physical and health, women and sex, women and work, women's spirituality and religion, and finally women and politics.

I conducted a massive survey of the New York Times and the Washington Post from 1980 to 2014. Meanwhile, I wrote all articles in overseas-focused articles, including more than 4,000 stories, including the word "women". Everything from fashion to politics. Next, analyze the coverage using the calculation method. Articles on Muslim countries tend to focus too heavily on people who are particularly disadvantaged to women. For example, during the 35 years I studied, the Times and the Post announced 102 articles about Iranian women with poor records on women's rights. However, only 20 articles about women in Malaysia are published, and their records are much better.
