There are more women in American universities than men, Americans may think girls and women are not a problem. However, as more than half of the children who do not attend schools in the world are girls, this is not the case in the world. Where do women deny education, the reasons and effects?

As a representative of female human capital, we have a ratio between the number of women over 25 and the number of women who completed tertiary education and the number of uneducated women.
This study investigated the degree of empowerment on educational opportunities in Oman society, equality of employment, and social status from the viewpoint of female college students of three public universities. This study proposes a model of ways to empower women based on factors that must be considered to improve the concept of women and the status of women in Oman. This model uses indicator analysis and route analysis to provide indices for social and community practice to determine relevant factors and their impact on women's development. As a result, we found that empowerment of women in Oman had a direct and direct influence on the development of the community. This research concludes with recommendations for further research, including women's participation in specialized areas in all fields, expansion of employment opportunities for women, promotion of women's leadership, additional education on women's rights and needs.
