Women are not Weaker than Man

From the beginning, women were thought that male vessels were weak, but men were getting stronger. From ancient myths to popular modern media, women can be easily portrayed as troubled girls, can not take care of themselves, and always needs rescue. Women who claim this belief and try to support themselves are often considered foolish, prostitute, even witch. It is mentioned historically strong women like Anjo Margaret and Aquitaine's Eleanor, but it became a general theme until it became more modern.

The root cause by sex difference is that women are thought to be weaker than men. (Gregory, 2003) The management team often relies on male employees rather than women, causing serious problems within the organization. Even in the age of modern technology, few organizations believe that hiring female candidates to create such discrimination is useless. Management should not avoid the importance of developing ethical policies when developing strategic plans. Therefore, all organizations must comply with ethical standards and employers must comply with all the rules enacted. The Code of Ethics clearly states that cultural discrimination and gender discrimination must not exist within an organization and all employers should address equal rights based on diligence and intellectual skills.

Designating women as weaker sex is physiologically unfair. Although the natural sex ratio at birth tends to be boys, there is a possibility that you will die early. Women live longer than men, and they recover soon as they become sick. Science did not find a reason. Male brain is 8-13% bigger than female. In the 19th century, people thought it was a smarter sex for men. Many studies have shown that sex difference of cognitive skills and motor skills is very small or absent since then. When differences are discovered, they do not always support homosexuality and may change over time. For example, in some countries, I am more good at math than boys than girls. In the United States, the ratio of men and women in mathematics has declined sharply since the 1970s. Like other organs, the size of the brain is proportional to the size of the male body.
