Women and the Equal Rights Ammendment in 1920

Since the establishment of the United States in 1776, women left their names in history. In the early stages of American life, women have a specific role that they should achieve in these roles. It is rare for women to work outside of the house, no recommendation for personal interests, everyone knows their role.
